Hard to say since not every team has had their bye week, so the number of wins/losses won't come out right.
But I'd say, Division winners: NY Giants, Green Bay, Atlanta, St. Louis. Wild Cards: New Orleans and either Philly, Chicago, or Tampa Bay.

1st: Giants(Division Leader)
2nd: Falcons(Division Leader)
3rd: Saints
4th: Chicago(Division Leader)
5th: Green Bay
6th: Phili
7th: STL(Division Leader)
teams in bold all have same amount of losses, but Chicago has head to head over Green Bay, and Green Bay has head to head over Phili.
But due to divisions the matchups would be:
STL vs. Saints
Chicago vs. Green Bay

No division winner can finish worse than 4th, no matter what their record is.
Saints would be looking at a wildcard seed if it ended today with the Falcons taking the division.

That's why I have the line that says "but due to divisions..."
Guessing you looked past that.
Those standings are simply win/loss/head to head
