What happened??? I searched and just found that he was cut/released. Anybody know why, everybody was drooling over this guy in preseason....?

Most people thought the Saints were insane to trade up for him and he was very underwhelming in TC and preseason. Anyone drooling over him was a major homer

He wasn't good in camp or preseason. Dude was the definition of combine warrior. He wasn't even that good at LSU and how he kept Nevis on the bench last year is beyond me.

Yup. A couple days ago. That means he'll be on their active roster for at least one game. He'll be collecting his first big-boy paycheck.

I don't recall anyone drooling over him, ever. When I went to training camp this year, I saw him getting mauled by Tim Duckworth. As a NT, you should be taking on a double team, but yet we had a scrub on the practice squad singling him and just repeatedly driving him to the ground. It was hard to watch. He is the eiptome of "Looks like tarzan, plays like Jane"

He wasn't even offerred a spot on the Saints' PS. For a 4th round pick to basically be told to hit the road, it's all you really need to know about him.

It wasn't that he wasn't offered a spot on our PS, he jsut didn't make it that far through the waivers that we could sign him to the PS. But yeah, he still sucks and we should have drafted Cam Thomas.
