Alabama's weakness isn't their secondary. It's their lack of a pass rush that makes their DBs look bad.

They aren't great in the secondary, but they aren't really a weakness.

Plain and simple, if LSU can contain their pass rush, they can pass on them (assuming Lee is in the game).

The bigger question will be if LSU's weak rush defense/poor tackling can contain their running game.

Also, can LSU pressure McElroy. That is the reason USC was able to beat them. They sacked the hell out of him and kept up the pressure.

this is your difference. They have a serviceable QB. We really don't have one developed. Ball game.

Not really. Our main weaknesses are OC and QB, and Bama's OC and QB are only slightly better than ours. This game will be close and will be decided by turnovers.

Thoughts?

law of avgs catches up and LSU plays a complete game.
Blockers block
Tacklers tackle
runners run
throwers throw
kickers kick

Everyone on this board better hope this happens sat or this game could get ugly.

I don't know which was worse, this, or watching a DLman get into the backfield and chase Cam, only to watch him scramble outside for a 30 yard gain.
