I think they tried to solve the problems without firing someone last year and hiring Billy G, that did not work. now what do you suggest if you would like legitimate conversation? How should the "problems " be solved? I never said fire him in this thread .Boulder wants to hire him.

That is exactly what we are talking about here. Another school hiring Les....That would be one way to solve the problems without firing the guy. And who is to say there are not high school coaches out there that really coach well, and need a chance to move up to college?? They have to start somewhere. They may just need a break.
