The comments under the article are pretty amusing. Gator's don't seem to like Louisiana and our team.

Apparently there's one like it here in Orlando. My wife saw it the other day and couldn't wait to tell me. I guess it's all part of the same marketing campaign.

My personal opinion is that this campaign is idiotic and doesn't really make sense. So is the intent to reinforce love of LSU athletics? Last time I was in Coates hall the classrooms weren't painted purple and gold, nor was the Library. I think they should seriously rethink their marketing strategy.

Agian, just my opinion.

So are they just doing this in towns we have away games in or is it a campaign all over the south? If it's the latter it's not that weird - I'd see billboards for other Big Ten schools all over Illinois. Schools love that out of state tuition money.

there is a billboard exactly like that one here in houston, its on blalock north of I-10
