haven't drank a beer since Fat Tuesday. ran 8 miles Saturday, and ran + biked 8 miles Sunday (2mi / 6 mi).

So started Advocare 24 day challenge yesterday. Honestly it isn't much different than what I usually do as far as supplements go. I'm changing my diet to focus on burning fat while maintaining LBM during these 24 days.
Yesterday weight 176.
Are you still using the blue tooth thing? Was it the jawbone system you got?

Wondering how it was going and was thinking of getting one or something similar.
I just read "The Ultimate Diet 2.0" by Lyle McDonald (Guy knows his stuff), and I honestly can't wait to try it out. But I want to know as much data as possible going into it. Figure something like that would help

Ah I'm liking it so far, it has helped keep me motivated as I try to beat my daily totals. I haven't had an issue with it yet and it works.
Sleep thing is nice but I've learned I don't sleep enough, usually 6 hours or less a night
A lot of people have Fitbit, I have Jawbone Up24, only difference I know is my sync's via Bluetooth so I don't always have to log into it

I'm strongly considering buying the Jawbone Up24.
I've been hitting the gym with friends 5 days a week, but no cardio whatsoever. My friends that I work out with don't do any. So.. I'm going to start getting my cardio in in the morning before work since I don't have to be at work til 10am anyway.

I do a mile on treadmill before I start lifting and then evening I've been doing 3-6 miles since I'm doing the challenge. I've stayed between 15,000-25,000 steps a day with a high of 30,311
