313/225/210...I feel ya man. Granted I'm not running like crazy and only just started this week to add 20 minutes of cardio to the end of my workout in hopes of getting the scale moving. It is...just the other way.

I've almost convinced myself that it's time to just stop lifting for a bit and focus on cardio just so I can try and get to my goal. I know my 3 week break from the gym in February is what caused my substantial weight loss then, but my lifts are already back to where they were before that break and I've been hovering around 224 the entire time.

I'm so close...I just want to get my 100 and my goal and have a little celebratory drink and pat on the back and get back to it.

haha, luckily that is one thing I have going for me. I don't drink very often, maybe once every 2-3 months. So it won't take many, but I still have to get there first

Yeah 3 biggest changes I made when I hit my goal
- started drinking more
- started eating out more (more social really)
- less intensity in my workouts

I started just going by what the "machine" calories said instead of pushing myself in incline and speed I would coast. That plus me being more social because I looked better ended up with me going out for food and drinks more often. I developed some of the same bad habits I had before. Only instead of fast food and soft drinks it became restaurant food and beer.

I think the first two items won't be a problem for me this time. The last time I lost any substantial weight was when I was 20ish living on a college campus. I did the exact same thing with drinking and just being more social in general. I've had that reality slap me in the face already, so here's hoping I learned my lesson. I'm also married and enjoy being boring and staying at the house these days, which is a big advantage

The last one kind of worries me, but to be honest I'm lifting weights I've never lifted before, and have goals in mind to reach that won't be hit for some time after I've reached my weight loss goals. So I'm hoping that one won't be a problem, but we'll see.

be patient. It will come off. I've been doing 10 miles a day for a week and haven't seen much drop in the past five days but I know it's coming.

You are staying away from the beer too I take it?

Eh I had 2 beers the other day but mainly sticking to once a week drinking. Are you walking, jogging, or running your 10 miles? I'm up to 6 miles a day jogging right now, burning on average 2-3k in calories a day according to app

running 6 or 10 miles a day is just not good for you, guys. Any doctor will tell you the same.

I said that, I always do a mile a day but past 3 months I've run 80, 72, 61 miles until this month I'm at 71 right now. I can jog at a 12 minute pace for 4 miles and then mix up jogging/walking for another 2

my desk chair isn't very comfortable anymore...I'm now not fat enough to just sit and have my arms comfortably rest on the arm rests...I have to stretch my arms out to the side...this is a new phenomenon for me

Alright it's been a while.

292/274/200

Not sure how I'm still losing weight. I guess it's because I'm still eating better than I was, but I've been cheating quite a bit.

Also, just finished week 3 day 2 of C25k. Pretty rough

Down another pound this morning, but today has been a cheat day of epic proportion:
-pulled pork, mashed potatoes and baked beans at lunch
- cracklins ( ) and a little bit of pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese for dinner with a whiskey drink and a few vodka drinks.

I got 1/3 lb of cracklins and threw away about 1/3 of what I got. They are so damn good, but I get through about 6-7 pieces and it just makes me sick thinking about what I'm eating.

Good news is, there are TWO kids birthday parties tomorrow that I get to go to, so I'm sure there will be a bunch of crap food involved. I may try and get an extra insanity workout in tomorrow, but it depends on when I wake up.

So I'm down another .8 from yesterday. A total of I think 6 since Monday. Which, honestly, is kind of what I expected. Cleaning up my diet fully and eliminating beer completely. Dropping a ton of water weight I was carrying and burning fat at the same time. I've actually ramped up my calories the last 2 days and carbs and I've lost more those two than the few days before.
I'm paying very close attention to all my macros and kind of running a little experiment/ doing a trial run for a round of UD 2.0 I'd like to try eventually.
Oh and I'm doing the Advocare 24 day Challenge thing. Still don't know if that's doing anything that my typical supplements/regimen wouldn't have done. But so far so good.

Down another .5. 2 kids parties today today, so I told my wife to punch me in the face if she sees me eating cake.
