supper to supper 24 hr fast is the easiest.
IF is really just skipping a meal.
My daughter discovered Chocolate Chip Cookie dough PopTarts and is hooked. I'm glad I hate poptarts.

Started a new job where I move more and even though I have had a few bad items in the past month NO weight gain. So excited. Back to more clean eating.

154.5. Monday fast negated a weekend that included: 32 ozs bourbon, 32 mini cinamonn rolls, pint of cookies and cream icecream, tacobell, 6 krispy cream, and 2 hotdogs with fries.

That was a very, very rare weekend. It kinda shows you that weight gain is the result of sustained overeating not the occasional pig out days.

I enjoy letting lose on the weekends. I think I am going to start incorporating Monday and Friday fast days in to my plan and allow the weekends to be open season and see how things go.
