Feeling good. Tomorrow is my Friday. Traveling to GA for the game. Will be another rough weekend but I'm putting in the work during the week to still get the results I want.

Bbrou, you ever try doing a 24 hour fast before or after a cheat day/weekend? I find it way more effective than trying to compensate with extra workouts.

No. I'm sure I could do it. But I love to eat too much.
I don't spend any extra time in the gym. Only 1-1.5 hrs a day. I just work harder in the gym. Lift heavier, keep my heart rate higher, push out one extra rep. I feel better that way. If I know it will be a rough weekend, then I do extra the entire week before. Not just one day. I honestly love to workout.
And I hate to be hungry.

10 days back at work and down 10. Still need to get my willpower back for Free Lunch Wednesday.
LONG way to get back to where I was but I'm not in a rush. Just hoping to end the year lower than I ended last year.

So after the discussion about weighing every day and talking about how I couldn't do it...I've been doing it. Damn you people!
Also, as I mentioned before, my diet plan has been done by using Nutrisystem. So I contacted them after all the discussions we were having about working out and how frustrated I was getting about my weight stalling while I was working out. They got back to me and basically said I needed to consume an extra protein on the days that I was working out for 30 minutes or more to help aid in the weight loss. I think this will be a good opportunity to incorporate their shakes they have which have 15g of protein in them. So on Monday I'll be starting back in to the gym to see if adding in an extra protein is going to help me not stall out and see what happens.
