Down 4 pounds for the last week...a little over 3 since Monday. Getting really close to 50 pounds lost since May 1.

Bbrou, how much initial weight did you lose on the pmsf? How much did you gain back after refeed? What was your net weight loss?

Went from 170-163 on PSMF. My refeed was a few days in Vegas.. So not sure if you really want to go off of that. But I think I came back at close to 173. Maybe 170. But I destroyed it in Vegas. I wish I could have done it right. In about 5 months or so I'll do it again.
All in all I started at 186. Lowest was 163. Maintaining at 170-173 now. Would like to maintain closer to 169. I'll work hard on that next week.

147 yesterday afternoon. Started at about 158 but that was coming off of a big cheat weekend. Before cheat weekend i was at 152 at the lowest. Its really hard to tell being that my weight fluctuates so much on a low carb diet. I plan on doing a 2 day carb load then go back to eating maintennance for at least 2 weeks. Ive been dieting way to long and a break will probably help with fat loss.
