Josey is only doing work because I've been in the hospital for the past 7 days and have been on a liquid diet through my nose since April 22.
First surgery went great, but I developed a bad infection and had to have 2 more procedures which is why I was in the hospital so long.
This morning was my first day back on those scale in quite some time due to just getting discharged last night.
I was pleasantly surprised to see I was in the 230s.

Poboys from Guy's in the kitchen at work yesterday after a lunch & learn. There is another tray full at the other end of the table. All of the Shrimp were gone.
Free Lunch Wednesday was also Poboys.
I had none.

Forgot to weight his morning, but I already feel so much better. I was eating so poorly and drinking so much the last couple of weeks, I felt like shite. My body was letting me know what I was doing was not cool. It's coming around.. It's like a fog or haze is being lifted

That method sounds rough.
I think I'll stick with the 5and2+scotch>3 plan.

Temptation train is running me down.
Today - 8 large pizzas for 10 people in the lunch meeting.
Then 3pm was Cake Day. We celebrate groups of birthdays with massive cakes.
End result. Spinach salad.
Now if I can just carry over the good week through the weekend.
