Haven't lost weight in the last week but have definitely cut a little. I need some smaller pants You think you'll try to go beyond 250 once you hit it?
Posted on 3/24/13 at 7:37 pm to Brageous
Definitely. My actual goal is 220, but my original goal was 250 and I want to see it through.

Nice. That's a pretty good weight for your size. I'm starting to buckle down a little more and hope to drop a little weight in the next few weeks. No alcohol is definitely making me feel a lot better outside of boredom

The hardest time for me is after work. I just want to kick back in my recliner and have a beer or two while watching something on netflix before bed. But even if I account for the calories, if I am drinking beer consistently, I'm putting on weight. That simple.

Doesn't work unfortunately. Something about beer.. Liquor doesn't do that to me but beer does

Meh, it's probably water weight because I did have sausage yesterday but it's still frustrating nonethless. Hot wings and fries have never smelled so good as they did yesterday.

After 80+ days, the old willpower is weakening.
I find myself drooling over pics at food sites.
Contest can't end soon enough. Is it Thursday morning yet?

After a short time off I'm back. Got access back to myfitnesspal app and starting to get a few interviews. Boston is in 3 weeks and I need to drop some of this comfort eating weight.

There's no beer in my house for this reason Sharing a couple of whiskey diet cokes with a cousin tonight though. Not a lot, shouldn't affect me much.

Scale really pissed me off this morning. Low calories and bike ride and I move up slightly. I was 1.7 pounds lighter on Saturday.

Maybe you were a little dehyrdated then myth?
I did a cadfast yesterday and it was worth it, I made hot wings for dinner. I did the Alton Brown method of steaming them and then baking them so they get crispy like a fried wing. Then I used ghee with my hot sauce to make buffalo sauce.
I'm ready to get off of this thing. I don't think I have any real sensitivity to gluten or dairy and this is more of a nuisance for me than anything. The one good thing about it and honestly this makes it worth it, is that my wife is losing weight. She's been stuck at the same weight for the last few years and this is the first thing that's worked for her. She refuses to count calories and eating this way with more focus on fats\protein has helped her to eat less naturally so it's working.
Hey just out of curiosity, what's everyone age in here and in five year increments what have your weights been? I guess go back as far as you can remember.
For example I'm 25 now and 272
At 20 I was probably about 290.
At 15 I was about 240.
