I haven't eaten since 5pm yesterday.. contemplating whether or not to go ahead and just CADfast or eat something.. hmm..

well i did drink an excessive amount of beer.. so nevermind not eating since 5pm. Calories are calories.. but the good news is I'm all done with beer until I reach 220

Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1000
Atkins worked its magic yesterday. Only 1000 calories but I wasn't hungry. Delirious from whatever virus is attacking my immune system, but not hungry.
I'm starting to look like Rudolph. I think I've blown my nose 231,411 times in the last 4 days.
About to crack back under 190 for the first time since freaking September. That should motivate me to be good today.

Well frick I ate my first unhealthy meal in 12 days I had a fried shrimp poboy for lunch. Although I only had a 6". I went and gave the other 6" to my granny for lunch at work

Don't kill yourself over it. If you eat right at least 80% of the time, a cheat here or there won't do much.
