Stay strong Myth, donuts were spawned from the devil himself

Looks like water drainage from this weeks low carb and cardio reintroduction is over and I've settled in at 191. Down 4 lbs since earlier this week.I think I can squeeze out another pound or two this weekend
lsucm we both have about 10lbs to lose, lets do this!!!

thanks! A lot of hard work, used weight watchers and just added regular exercize, nothing crazy, just 30 minutes 4-5 days a week and just changed my portion sizes and controlled what I was eating. So many things improved, no more sleep apnea, no more achy knees and heels, no more heart burn or acid reflux, stopped filling the scipt at 50 pounds, more energy. It is amazing. While I still eat tacos and pizza every week, I eat a lot more fuits and veggies and just limit to one or two slices of pizza instead of 4-5. Got rid of all sodas, even diet. They are worthless.

That's awesome. Congrats.

I'm about 25 lbs from my goal. I'm going to add in some exercise after the first of the year.

Congrats Atl and welcome to the hundred down club!

I am struggling. 363/261/250
So frustrating when the scale doesn't go down. Gotta remind myself I had pizza the other night though so itll take time to work that off and all.

I've been good and been stuck for 8 days.

Heck! 1 box of donuts still sitting there. Someone dropped off 12 fresh biscuits for some reason and now there is a Doberge cake sitting on the kitchen table.

Not to mention some chips and salsa someone didn't want from their Superior order.

This is my absolute kryptonite. If I am around it, I will eat it, a bunch of it. I can avoid other favorite foods, but not chips and salsa.

Hopefully it can be done by mid January, Which would have me 10lbs lighter for the 1/2 marathon and back at the weight I was in high school, 2002.

This is what I had to deal with at 2pm.

Yes for some reason, someone stuck a giant salad on the table too.

Salty and sweet!!!

I made it through the day. No cheats. Man I wanted to.
