I think its part that, and also, Miles really wants to run this offense with a read option and the option play out wide. He knows Lee can't do that. He'd have to totally change the offense for him. That might be why Lee looked so bad last year. He didn't wanna change the offense for him with that 1 game JJ missed.

That is one of the dumbest things posted here. He go rid of the co dc experiment because he knew it would cost him his 3.5 million dollar job. He will get rid of GC becuase it will cost him his job. Now sticking with JJ over JL, who knows unless you are at practice who can really say. I know if I was coaching and my player performed like that in a game I would yank him. I just don't understand.

If that is the case, Lee has very little chance of success if inserted in a game, using a game plan that has been scripted for JJ.

Well if that is the case, why the hell would you not put RS back there. He ran that style offense to perfection in high school and I guarantee he can throw as good or better than JJ.

Bottom line, this team has no identity. We dont know if we are power like Bama or spread like Florida. All I know is Les Miles is clueless and he is going to keep getting by beating the mediocre teams on our pure talent. And lose the big games with his pis poor coaching.
