A September evening in the Louisiana Bayou can be an unforgiving place for gridiron visitors. Death Valley is hostile, it’s humid and it’s loud.

These hicks are gonna think they've entered the Colosseum as Christians....

Close your eyes and imagine the scene at 9 p.m. ET Saturday when the Mountaineers step onto the field and see Tiger Stadium transformed into a blast furnace full of raw meat and gunpowder. Now imagine West Virginia silencing the crowd. Dating back to a 2000 Music City Bowl win over Ole Miss, the Mountaineers have harvested five scalps in their last six games against SEC competition.

Will Saturday night be another?

such a douche way to end it

the kind of Keystone Cops meltdown the Mountaineer offense will be trying to avoid itself this week in front of 92,000-or-so vocally charged Tiger fanatics

makes me think about the 2003 Georgia game when the LSU defense knocked the starting quarterback out of the game for a series and the backup came in for a three and out.

See some tickets being dumped for face over on the exchange....

Hope our fans bring it like we did for Va. Tech, or any tough SEC rival.

I want to hear Death Valley at is best again.

What are we going to start posting schedules ?

WVU doesn't have one currently ranked team on their schedule except us. And i'm sure we are not freaking Marshall.
