Ford is simply a victim of talent evaluation ?

I am not saying Miles is correct or not, but I think Miles simply loves Blue. They must just connect. It will be interesting to see if Blue's fumble is held against him. Miles is not equal in treatment of players for mistakes, as with Jefferson fumbling twice and throwing a pick in the End Zone did not phase him a bit. If Blue does not see a drop off in playing time, then Blue will be added to the Miles favorites-that-are-immune-from-accountability group, which is a select group.

You are quickly becoming one of the worst posters here.

He probably likes his 5.9 YPC

Or his missed blocks

He must be an alter because he is no rocket scientist.

Jefferson
Ridley
Blue
Tbob
Who else?

Interesting question.
However, it really does not matter what any of us think. Miles runs the program and can make whatever decision he feels is correct.
Favoritism happens everywhere in the world 24/7. And that is regardless of how objective someone may attempt to be.

I know Blue missed a block or two, but perhaps Ford misses more during practice. Being a running back involves more than running with the football.

Some kids are All-Practice squad and some kids are "gamers." I'm guessing we will never figure out the latter on Ford. Other coaches find a way to rotate their talent with a good offensive game... Oh wait

It's pretty absurd that ford isn't getting carries
He's been on campus since spring 2009.
If he doesn't know the playbook, the coaches need to teach better
If he can't learn it, why was he recruited?

I think part of Ford's problem stems from his not taking care of his academics. I can't remember the article but Miles was not happy about Ford's lack of progress as a student athelete.Miles places great emphasis on the student part of student-athelete.There was a situation with Chad Jones and baseball his first year because of academics with Miles.

Not one of the smartest questions I've seen on here.

Ford is having problems with running and blocking assignments, from what I've read.
If you can't do your assignments, you're not going to play.
He'll get where he needs to be. It will just take a little time.

I hadn't heard that, but it would make total sense.
It really feels like something else is going on.

He's in the process of learning the system. It takes time, more for some players.
Going from high school to college is a big jump. From college to NFL is even a bigger jump.
Patience.

Or maybe he's just better than Ford.
