Vegas doesn't set lines by personal opinions, its complicated programs and then any big moves by the general public or specific individuals.

east carolina just beat the frick out of a division 1 team...meanwhile virginia tech just lost to a division 1aa team...doesn't make sense IMO

It doesn't matter how bad VT has looked to this point. The fact is that they still have the talent to run ECU off the field if they come prepared. I wouldn't touch this game.

ECU's new coach has the most crazy physique I've ever seen. His heart is going to self-combust any second now. He's literally lugging around over 250 pounds of pure, unadulterated fat globules on his arse, lets, and arms. Great waddle.
