Bars for thursday night

I usually stay on the SEC rant, but we're heading down thursday night for the ole miss game this weekend. we don't have tickets to the saints game but would like some suggestions on bars with a good atmosphere to watch the game. our hotel is at canal & bourbon so staying near french quarter would be nice.

jacksonville state but seriously you ole miss boys might enjoy oz on bourbon, its a good time to be had

please stop with the jaxstate jokes. it makes my stomach hurt everytime. and you mean girls. would the regular places like pat o's still be fun to watch the game?

Downtown, the Quarter and the rest of the town will be fricking nuts on Thursday. Just pop into any bar and it should be fun.

I'm assuming you were born in 88, so head to Lucy's and then to the red eye after the game. Its always a nice crowd and should be great for this game. I'm going to the game but will be at both spots after.

Hotty def make your way to Jackson Square for the Free concert DMB,T Swift and the parade down Decateur.There will be TV's hanging from light poles go with the flow.Have fun.
