So I was making lasagna last night...

and I underestimated the amount of red sauce I was going to be using. Preferring not to eat dry lasagna, and to lazy to run to the grocery store, I made an executive decision to supplement the missing red sauce with a mild BBQ sauce. Turned out to be some of the better lasagna I have ever made. The BBQ sauce really gave it an extra kick of spice and flavor.

Anyone else have a similar story of playing Macgyver with their food?
