What to invest in

I am a college student and I just opened a Roth IRA and a regular brokerage account i believe is what its called on ETrade. I'm just taking a little out of each pay check every 2 weeks, usually around 100 dollars during the school semester. Right now I only have 14 shares of Regions Bank for my Roth IRA. What do y'all suggest investing in shares?

Rivers - GLD and Tin foil hats
Scoop - AAPL
Flask - APC
RSBR - JOEZ (he actually has a new pick pretty often, I just didn't want him to feel left out)
