I really enjoy Tokyo Cafe (Perkins & Bluebonnet) in the same "strip mall" as Matherne's and BWWings.

Same here. I can't speak about the rest of the food, but the Hibachi at Tokyo Cafe is good!

It is not hibachi. Cooking on the flat griddle and spinning knives and flipping shrimp is called Teppanyachi. Hibachi involves cooking directly over charcoal. OT food newbs.
