I would order the following:

Seafood Martini(one of my apps in town)

Korea Style Ribs(dying to try this dish)

Both desserts bore me a little, but a creme brulee is a little lighter and its too hot for the bread pudding IMO.

I got the Eggs Hussarde at Arnaud's last Sunday. It was pretty good. I'll never order anything like that again just because the sauce seemed like it should be on a meat dish, but it was legit. The mushrooms were good, the tomato was a great touch, and the french bread crostini was great too. Just the brown sauce mixed with the Hollandaise and yolk was a bit strange for me. The preparation was spot on.

My wife ordered the Adrienne. The sausage looked great, but a tomato sauce on eggs - creole sauce is exactly like shrimp creole - just is kind of strange.

Our plates looked really strange when we were done, I guess I like traditional Sardou and Benedict.

Wife LOVED the Creole Cream Cheese Evangeline as an app, she finished every drop. I had the Shrimp Arnaud. Tangy remoulade describes it well. It was pretty good (I would have simply dipped the shrimp in the sauce, which was fantastic - they tossed them in it).

We got the Crêpes Suzette for Two as a desert, and it was the worst desert I've ever even seen at a restaurant. Maybe the guy who flamed it didn't do it right, but it really didn't have a redeeming quality to it, notta.

The mimosas were most OJ, so I ended up just getting a screw driver. The coffee over ice I got was insanely good. They said they didn't have ice coffee but they could just put it over ice, turned out perfect.

Research a good song to request to the jazz band. They sing if you pick a song they know.

This is off base (and uncalled for), but I'd see if you could cancel the reservation and change it to Stanley (don't even know if they take them). The food looked incredible there, and the atmosphere was fresh and bustling. Not the same jazz brunch, but we wished we could have eaten there.
Stanley!

Enjoy, don't get the Suzette.

I was at Arnauds brunch about a month ago and had the Shrimp Arnaud appetizer (amazing) and the Savory Crabmeat Cheesecake entree (also amazing, highly suggest). The person I was with got Grillades & Grits and that was good too.

For dessert, have to go bananas foster.

It's a delicous brunch, enjoy!

I too am dying to try those Korean Ribs! The seafood martini is delicious. Even though it isn't one of the choices, their coconut cream pie is the best I've ever had.

I 2nd this. Wife and I hit up Stanley last Saturday morning around 10:30 and grabbed the last 2 seats at the bar. She had the Omelet sandwich, I had the corned beef hash. For the money, I think it was better than our Sunday brunch at Arnaud's. Different atmosphere and food types obviously, but a great meal nonetheless.
