Got an invite today to go watch a live taping of his new show.Subject today Frog Legs cooked three ways,should be a good time with a good meal to follow.

I have no clue what type of person he is, but he is behind a lot of the local ingredients you can get in the area, from creole cream cheese and butter to olive oil. I ate at one of his restaurants once many years ago and the food was quite forgettable though.

His accent is as annoying as anyone else from that area. He does a lot for this state. He deserves a pass.
