Daly literally had 4 putts lip out on him. These guys can drive it up and just putt from the fairway if they want on many holes. I think for that reason Daly may hang around. Pretty hard to blow up if he keeps the driver going.

but, just heard tiger say that there was basically no wind while they played and they were all really surprised... but tried to take advantage. when asked about "JD" he cracked a smile and said that he was really excited to see him there and doing well. says daly can really play this course

Glad to see John Daly playing some quality golf in a big one. My concern with him is the consistency of his putting. I think the slower greens may actually help him this week.
