Solution to putting more paying fans at NASCAR Races.

Let JR out of his contract with hendrick , so Mark Martin and Kasey Kayne will have a fulltime ride next year, now the kicker, JR moves over to RCR in the black 3 for the duration of his career, only way I see bringing back the real blue collar fans back to NASCAR, this jj and denny hamlin shite is about to bankrupt nascar. Get-r done.

it died off when Kenseth won the last REAL championship in 03.

it died off in 01 when Dale Sr died, I short sold all the receways the next day, I knew what he meant to the sport, they came in droves to watch him, and that faitfull night in Datoyna ended it, and this corp biz took over, frick sprint bring back Winston, ok off my soapbox

Part of the reason Nascar is having fan problems is prices. Take a family of four to a race and you're looking at 300 bucks at least just on tickets. I went to Talladega for the Sunday race once, I had to pay $125 for my ticket, which included the saturday race even though it was over. Crazy.
Dale's death really hurt but these young guns that are all cute and corporate but no personalities no one can identify with. Thought Tony Stewart might replace Dale but they calmed him down a bit when they suspended him.
And lets be honest, its not the same without Tony driving the Home Depot car and Dale driving the Bud car. Those cars just don't look that good with those sponsors.

Dale, Jr. has to become competitive and start winning races again. Period. That will help. Once all of the Dale, Jr. bandwaggoners started realizing that he wasn't very good anymore, they left in droves.
I went to the LV race in 2005 when he was still very competitive. He wrecked out within the first 20 laps, and a pall went over all 160,000 people there. It was amazing how the mood of the crowd changed.

need rivalries too. Corporate types hate rivalries but they sell tickets. If Montoya was a little bit better that he could always run at the front with his style of driving, he would develop some.
