Texas A&M Emergency BOR Session this weekend......

Saw this on TexAgs if germans I will delete.
Seems like it would be SEC if they call the meeting before next week IMO

So, if TAMU, then who is next? This would mean that we would be adding at least 1 more team, probably from the East. Any serious rumblings around any of those schools?
BTW, if this happens, I think the Big 12 is dead. Not that TAMU is the glue that hold the conference together or anything, but that would be three teams leaving for three different conferences. The fire sale is on!

JMO - most obvious candidate is FSU
No reason the SEC has to expand beyond 14 either... added all of 2 teams - and in doing so expanded recruiting further into Texas and further locked up Florida recruiting

Wouldn't be surprised. The SEC goal in all this was to expand to the Texas market. They would like VT but its looking like University of Virginia is making that hard. So the SEC needs to pick up a team to join the east. Florida is against FSU joining so I think it will be either Clemson or GT

GT is an engineering school with a lot of NERDS. Should make our academic standards go up? I would rather have them two than OU or UT at this point.
