sweet, i proceeded to get hammered last night and havent been keeping up.

i like our chances vs. him considering how we rocked Bibona friday (yes i understand bibona was coming off an injury)

Thanks. And I agree with you.You can't count these Tigers out in any game.

True, but to be honest, I kinda counted them out around the end of the 7th inning last night. Basically Bauer was awesome last night. It was easy to see. I could tell each batter that came to the plate was going to get about 1-2 fastball in their at bat, and that was pretty much their only chance. Because they weren't close to his slider or changeup.

also (looking ahead) I hope UCLA throws Rasmussen tonight & not claypool.

We will have to beat both of them anyway.

Doesn't matter one win at a time. UCI first. Come on Tigers let's get this done.

I'm amazed at how many people (some I talked to on the phone today) flip out and go negative after one game. Especially after what this team has shown in the past ten days.

After UCLA throwing Cole and Bauer, I can't imagine both Rasmussen and Claypool pitching better. I think we beat UCI and then beat UCLA setting up a final game tomorrow. We need to jump on both early though.

You gotta tip the hat to the Bruins, kid pitched a hell of a game. I remember when LSU had pitchers that pitched like that. Do you think we'll see him Monday? I hope not. He threw a lot of pitches at us.

No, he isn't gonna throw Monday, I guess he could, but it wouldn't be for long.

I know even when we where number 1 I thought a run to the supers would be a really great follow up season.

Winning the SEC tourney for the 3rd straight year was great. No matter what happens today I am really proud of this team and proud to be a tiger fan.

I hope you are right!!!! I just don't want to have to stop watching LSU baseball for the summer!!! The last two years have been awesome!!! No matter what happens, I am still proud of the way they have battled back.
