Whenever I want raspberry flavor for pork I just use one of the Ken's salad dressing raspberry vinaigrette dressings as the marinade base and tinker with it from there. It works very well.

The allegro does a real good job of mixing in just enough chipotle to get a good flavor without too much heat....I will have to try some combinations because the flavor was really good.
