with mashed red potatoes...pretty easy and very good. What is your meatloaf recipe?...and don't say "love" or "anything for love"...or "I won't do that"

1 pound of 80-20
bits french bread
italian bread crumbs
minced garlic
one egg
sea salt
bits of panther
cracked pepper
parsley
olive oil

mashed potatoes:

red potatoes
salt
pepper
chicken broth
sour cream
butter

good old American food that you can douse in ketchup

Try adding some balsamic vinegar to your ketchup before you coat the meatloaf.

I've made this a few times. It's pretty legit.

black market...

but honestly...I took pinches of the french bread (no crust) and it made a nice filler part of the loaf...very good tonight and enough for lunch tomorrow.

Made meatloaf last week with ground turkey. It was gone pretty quick.

2lbs. Ground Turkey
Minced garlic
cup of breadcrumbs
1 package Lipton's onion mix
sea salt
crushed black pepper
1 egg
1/2 can of tomato soup on top, other half used to make gravy.

Wife printed it off Campbell's site I think. It was good though.

the turkey was good?

I liked the idea of putting vegetables in the meat..but I dont know about turkey...

I saw a restaurant that puts lamb in there along with the beef.

We use turkey meat all the time, never use beef. Tastes the same to me.

2 lbs 85/15 ground beef
3/4 lb of fresh jalepeno pork sausage removed from the casing
bread crumbs
one egg
half can of cream of mushroom soup
tony's (and added black pepper)

Garlic/cheese mashed potatoes and whole kernel corn on the side.

Turned out very good..........i'll have a meatloaf sandwich with swiss cheese for lunch today.

I despised meatloaf growing up. Now I love it.

I hate crunchy veggies and my mom never cooked it long enough.

Now when I make it, I saute the veggies before mixing with the meat. Boom. Awesome. Love it.
