The time on clock starts after u touch it so there is no deep heave like Leattner

Takes time off the clock right when they touch the ball and they most likely cant get as good of a shot.

so the clock would start immediately when it was touched instead of making it, stopping the clock, and maybe let them set something up.

Yeah, I thought that was questionable as well. I guess the thinking is Butler doesn't have time to get set up, but then again, Duke isn't able to set up their D either. I guarantee Butler got off a better shot than they would have if they had to take it out. It's usually a long pass that gets intercepted or knocked away.

yea but you just gave them a chance to win the game. you make the foul shot and than foul as soon as the ball is inbounded in.

Yeah I don't get this either, don't risk it. I mean if he makes it, they still have to inbound and dribble to get shot off or throw long pass and then even if they make it its only OT. I don't get it. If that final shot would have went in, holy shite.
