Just don't get shitfaced and try to do what Tyler Hansbrough did last year at that UNC party.
I'm guessing that James tried to do something similar, but he was probably much higher up and not in the direct line of the pool.
I went to PCB once, and the worst thing that happened was some jackass stole a couple of ourhandles. So we lost 50 bucks worth of booze. No big deal.

im sure he is a big dude too, some of those balconies are short and not well constructed. could have been leaning on one or horseplaying
but ive seen people jump off balconies in PCB before...3-4 stories up, luckily they made it into the pool

Who knows what happened. At some older, crappy hotels those balconies aren't all that stable and collapses really aren't too uncommon.
