You're the guy busting aglandry's arse for an official LSU "link" that you know can't exist, because the school can't publicly comment on recruits. So, to follow your inference, there are no actual committable offers out there.
I disagree. I think LSU makes sincere offers to recruits. Some of these offers are accepted by the recruits and their commitments are honored by LSU.

The only reason I am asking him for the list is because he claims it exists. He said Bates was listed as a LSU commit on LSU's list along with Scout, Rivals, etc.

Technically an offer is non-binding. It is only binding once a signed LOI is faxed to the school on or after NSD.

I agree. However, there are different kinds of offers.
unconditionable offers, offers as long as we have room at your position, grey shirt offers, we will try to work you in if things fill up we need you to grey shirt, etc.
