Yeah he's good. He is very fundamental and consistent. Reed will give you consistent rounds around even par. Loupe is fundamental, but inconsistent. However Loupe could give a round of 63. He hits the ball like an athlete and it goes a long arse way. He is also a solid wedge player. I haven't played with him in a couple years though so things might've changed. If he is stroking his mid-irons, watch the frick out.

No doubt. No one I have ever played with compares to how far he hits a ball. Its almost like the kid can just flip a switch and decide to go low.

funny thing is Loupe was like 5'2 until his senior year and grew like a foot and a half like that..has wiiiideeee shoulders, gets a lot of torque and smashes it when he wants.

If he is, I have heard he has more talent than 99% of the players LSU has had, but he is a headcase.

Wow thats wrong.

Loupe hit his growth spurt his freshman year. He was pretty tall by the end of his sophomore year. I know because he grew before I did and was taller than me my senior year when he was a junior and I was senior at 6'.

yeah, we both did. Now we are both 6'2" and lanky. At least he had coaches that made him work out in college and got a little meat on him.

Loupe was also a pretty damn good highschool basketball player for a couple years.

he's a douche.

I keep repeating it, but I can't say it enough. Also, he didn't want the competition from Loupe, UGA is a better school, has a better golf team, and...he's a douche.

ETA: and he hated Chuck. Oh and he's a douche.

if UGA is a better golf team, i don't think he went there to avoid competition from somebody on lsu's supposedly 'weaker' team.

Yeah, he was always kind of in Loupe's shadow in Louisiana golf. We played in the same division and region as U-High and Loupe and Reed were always up against each other. Loupe had been using Chuck since he was very young and it was assumed he would be the coaches favorite.

I played behind Loupe at the US am qualifier at the Lake Charles Country Club. I have played with some very very good players around all of Louisiana and he is by far the best. He is long as a motherfricker and unlike most I think he has a good head on his shoulders.
