I don't know who the best ever was but the best that I've ever seen in High School was Garry James at West Jeff.

Ricky Murphy for Rayvegas, LA was the baddest assed high school running back in the entire history of high school. He probably would be in the most bad assed's college conversation too had he not gone and played for someone who is either extremely Rayvilly biased, or a complete buffon.
