if they would have caught passes, not thrown ints, not fumbled and not have stupid penalties then they would have won!!!
And yes on the quarter and UK game

Yes we did- they handed us 5 turnovers and tried to make it 8...They also gave us 12 men in the huddle.

How about the bullshite calls that gave the viking two touchdowns that they have had to punt instead. Seems like the refs kept it from being 28 - 14 to me.
Vikings are a good team and they will get yardage when the refs call bullshite to keep their drives alive.
Saints 28, Vikings 14 Final!

if our Wr's hang on and it's a blowout. If we recover ALL their fumbles it's a blowout. If Brees throws a couple balls a little better it's a blowout. If Robey runs it all the way, back.....
If my uncle had titties, he'd be my aunt.
I can't believe people don't take this for what it is: we WON, end of story, no yeah buts.....

If the Vikings were the better team, they would have never given up 5 turnovers. And the refs did not hand the Saints this game in any way. The Saints had 9 penalties against them for 88 yards. The Vikings only had 5 for 32. Brett Favre threw a stupid pass that cost his team the win. If the Vikings want to blame anyone, it should be him. These players have worked their asses off and no team in the NFL deserves this more than they do.

biglil3:
1. You're on a Saints talk message board. It's inherently obvious that there is going to be a bias on this board. You enter here at your own risk. For chrissakes, the title of this board is "Saints Talk". Could you sound any more idiotic?
2. Unfortunately, you can. There are some things that make one team in the NFL greater than the other. The talent level is high....good coaching is paramount, and luck is needed. We had all of those things last night.
3. The Vikings certainly had the talent to score 2 more touchdowns than us. What they lacked, however, was the ABILITY. That's what separates losing from victory. We were able to capitalize, and they were not.
Apparently you're Flowbie. I'm calling that out now.

the game seemed to be sided for the vike's from the start from the media and the ref's. the roughing and hitting out of bounds that erased the three and outs for the vike's and allowed them to score 14 points. if those numbers were removed from the stats i wonder how far apart the stats would actually have been. vike's are a great team but the saints were just as good and won the game period.

So stop bitching about respect and making false claims to make yourselves feel better!! ..it is what it is!! The Vikes dominated and are probably the better team, and the refs totally handed us the game in OT....the PI penalties on us in first half were questionable but were usual bang bang calls..STOP REACHING for excuses!! We won the damn game!! I' d rather be lucky and disrespected than be a Vikes fan wondering what happened...we got a great shot on the biggest stage to prove it!! Get your feelings off your shoulders and just acknowledge the truth, the better team lost last night..who cares? That's sports, enjoy the win!! I dont need the sports world's approval for it to matter!!
Dear biglil3,
stop bitching about others bitching about respect.
YOU wait 43 years to become cognizant to the rest of the sports world and then you can talk. These fans have waited and endured and endured some more (Aaron Brooks ring a ****ing bell?).
They've dealt with natural disasters and national neglect. (or should i say presidential neglect?)
The Vikes are an incredible team, and it was an amazing game.
But the thing about sports is, there's a winner and a loser.
And the Saints won.
And yes, we are ecstatic about it.
We deserve to celebrate. So stop faulting us for that.
If you wanna complain about the Saints/fans, you're in the wrong place.
STOP REACHING for negativity, and enjoy the win!
WHO DAT.

not to mention our defense should have made the whole retire yes or no issue preeety easy for brett. unfortunately he will probably waffle all off season about that one. i hate games decided by a kick but mr. garrett secured one of my top nfl players for life status. ---- on the vikes side i saw poor ball handling, poor coaching, disorganization (12 men in the huddle), some questionable refereeing both ways....and a saints team that played hard to the end and a final score of 31-28

Also forgot the bad spot on 4th down in OT, and the low hit on Farve, that gets called 99% of the time, refs just called one about 2 plays ago i think they were afraid to call it again. Yes saints were handed this game

1. have to go with what's called on the field.
2. I can understand your feeling on the low hit. i personally don't care.
3. No, the Vikings had a chance to win it in regulation and blew it, end of story.
GFY

When I take the ball from your hands, and knock it to the ground, then jump on it and change the possession it's not a "GIFT" it's a "I TAKE"
When you throw the ball and I jump in front of the ball it's not a gift. It's an "I TAKE"
