Assuming Brown actually knows or will still want to when that time comes. I don't know if Brown will be more of a Bobby Knight or Bobby Bowden type of guy when it comes to retirement.

brown probably doesn't know. as long as he's enjoying his job (and making $5mil/yr) and the university is ok with him staying, he will stay. this "head coach in waiting" is a strange animal. i don't know what his "buyout" is, but he's making a $mil a year as a D coord. and can pick and choose what head coaching job he takes if any while waiting for brown to pull the trigger.ironically, the better the job muschamp does, the longer brown will coach. hell, his quality of life in Austin at one mil/yr may be better than a HC gig.
