1. George Clooney
2. Tom Cruise (minus the role he played in Tropic Thunder)
3. Keanu Reeves
Who else? I know I'm leaving out some that I've thought of before.

All Martial Arts "Actors".
Daniel Day Lewis. . .at least I assume so, based on the fact that he keeps playing the same character.
Alec Baldwin
Bill Murray

Denzel Washington minus training day
Daniel Day Lewis is the best and most versatile actor working today.
Bill Murray also is not a good choice.

Yes. This is the one that slipped my mind. He's the prize winner in this thread imo.

John Travolta recently is only taking "badass" characters.

Yeah, but he's a good enough actor to pull off two badass characters that are also two different people.

I hate to break it to everyone but 99.9% of comedians play the same character in every movie they do. Its especially true of stand up comics who move over to film. They spend all this time developing who they are on stage and thats what you are gonna get. Its not just Cera its pretty much all comedians.

Nah, Cage from Adaptation and Cage from National Treasure and Cage from Bad Lieutenant are totally different.
