Disapprove:
I don't like the indecisiveness he's shown on the sidelines which becomes confusion on the field.

I have a want to do the same poll after the bowl game, after the next spring game, after game 1, halfway thru the season, and at the end of next season.

It's hard to argue with the 5 yr numbers, and I feel he could with proper hires, win some more hardware at LSU(at least league if not national)..
But, I strongly feel that the 2006 BCS title chances were blundered away by LSU's HC and staff, and far too early(done by midyear)..LSU every bit as good as Fla in 2006.
2007 team was best in the country by a good bit, lost twice, and easily could've lost a few more. Sure injuries arose and were critical, but they didn't mask the coaching that allowed a mindset of sleepwalking, and trailing 7-0 most every game that year, nor the oft sloppy tackling, poor special teams play, etc...
2005 outside of learning the team and talent, and ASU and Tenn strategies..best job by Miles..team did about as much as could be expected. Clearly about the third best team in the country much of the year, but without the offense to beat USC and Tex(despite an huge defensive edge over those two), and off Katrina chaos, thus a great season despite deadlegs in the UGADome vs Ga.
2009..par..most expected 9-3..most had Fla, Bama, and Ole Miss as the losses..methodology and overall player/team development questionable though.
2008/2009 falling off Bama's pace, which more than not plays to it's own standards(or Saban's), while LSU vacillates up-and-down to their competition for the entire Miles era..these are mirrors of these program's leadership..and a major tell!
Bama is leaving LSU in rear view mirror a tad. Miles now with overall losing marks versus Saban, Meyer, Nutt, with 1-1 mark vs Petrino. The wins usually by scant margins, also struggled vs Tubby, Brooks, Fulmer, etc..should be 0-1 vs Mullen.
2005-2007, free-wheeling/playing with house mo

I realize this is a non-scientific sample however Rantards tend to be positive. Early returns dont look too encouraging for Les.
