Not if the university is saying Crowtons buyout is too much and not letting him fire him......He'll just get another pass.

I guess you are of the opinion that we will lose big next year. What if we go 12 and 0 and Crowton designs another offensive arse-whipping like he did on tOSU.

If we run the table everyone who wants Miles gone would have a cardio cause they would have nothing to complain about.

The thing about this is Crowton's buyout is not that much at all. So the buyout being too much I just don't see being it... Maybe Miles feels there is no one out there better? Crowton has had his up's and down's everywhere he has been but his up's are pretty impressive. I am not pro Crowton just saying and I wouldn't mind landing someone else right now that better fits the new hires but the buyout is a joke

Miles would have matched his SEC win total for the last 2 seasons combined. <--- this is the problem.

If the problem didn't exist, you wouldn't see the complaining. It's the losers that think 8-8 isn't a cause for concern that need to be gone and take Miles with them if he goes 4-4 in the SEC next season.

The thing about this is "IF" we go 12-0; 13-0; 14-0; there is no debate. Get over it; we are 9-3. Probably will be 10-3. Many spoiled brats, here.

I can't believe that LSU is using the excuse that Crowton's buyout is too much to handle.

What a joke. Back to the 90s you go. LOL

says the tcu fan, got a question, say miles goes 6-2 or even 5-3 next season. That means he is 10-6 or 11-5 in 2 seasons. is that really that bad?

You can't really be that dumb.

Wait, nevermind.

Yes, it says TCU. You wouldn't want to be TCU. Good for you. Now take your 3 braincells and jump off a bridge, the world has enough morons.

You sure have been flaming a lot tonight, you better beat Texas first or your Golden Boy Saban will suddenly become the one who couldn't win the big one at Bama...You don't remember the Utah game last year??

The lack of funds to buy out Crowton is a pack of lies. smoke screen. Remember, the team has a bowl game to play against a quality opponent with a chance for LSU to win 10 games.

Get the win, celebrate for a week, then watch the OC sail off into the sunset and a new OC arrives at the break of a new day.

The reality seems to say you are exactly correct. All most LSU fans expect is to win 8 to 9 games a year. Beyond that nothing matters including the SEC West Title.

there fixed...

time will tell, but UNLESS Miles has plans to change Crowton and the O around, it will be a prophecy.

The O needs a lot of help...and some of it does not need to come from Crowton only..
besides play calling...

OL needs better coaching and schemes
someone needs to work with QBs directly -hands-on
someone needs to work with Receivers directly -hands-on

What was wrong with the offense in '08?

QB threw a ton of pick-6s (yes, Crowton is qb coach and could have been more conservative), but the offense scored a LOT of points.

So, we really have 1 bad year ('09) of offensive production.
