But they can show improvement...the offense got worse, a lot worse, each and every year. The talent he left at Tulsa got better each year..so the OC after him did better with the same talent he had. He may be getting a bad rap, but there are better candidates out there.

Tulsa hadn't had a winning season since the mid 80's when he arrives and had about a .300 winning percentage.
Also, Graham is only wining with Kragthrope's players
