There will be a lot of pressure on the new oc to produce. If he doesn't miles will be gone. Does anybody worth a shite come into a situation where they may be one and done.

No...not in my opinion. We have a wealth of talent to work with and we are known to pay well.

We are generous with our pay scale. I think its a great situation for an OC. There's only one way the offense can go and that's up. Literally cannot get much worse. They would be following a failure, not a legend.

No. We have a ton of talent offensively, I'm sure there are plenty of OC that would love to work with the players we have

Basically what I was going to post. These guys all have monster egos, the guy coming in here will embrace it. We'll pay more for an OC than most schools, and we'll have the talent that maybe only 5-9 other schools can claim. Miles should be able to make a really good hire, but no one will please everybody. I just hope he pleases me.

It's true that coaches like challenges.

That's not the point.

Given Miles' profound flaws as a HC, the lack of depth on the OL and DL, you could come in here, turn this offense around and still get canned after a year.

If its c guy from a smaller school it probably won't make a difference.

Anyone a fan of Kragthorpe? He was a terrible HC, but is a brilliant offensive guy.

No, The only issue is with Les deciding what he wants to be as a team..The problem with our team this year was identity-Are we a spread team or Mulitple..The later works with a qb like Flynn. It can work with Jefferson, yet he's got to be coached up to get rid of the ball in 2.5 seconds. but in JJ defense he was coached up not to make mistakes like Lee did last year...Look at the Turnover margin and it's the difference in 7 wins vs. 9 wins
