ALL of the bandwagon fans will jump off. LSU will get its "real" fans back and have Tiger Stadium rockin like days of old. Not all these people who leave the game at half time, boo when not winning by 50, don't even show up to the game cause its not a top 5 matchup. Maybe this is Miles plan all along!!

Is it a bad thing that people want to win? And when you lose because of COACHING mistakes, it is reasonable to be upset with the coach I believe.

they will fade off. I'm sure they will, cause they will hop on another wagon until the wheels fall off of that too

Not at all. But a lot of these "so called fans" just fair-weather.

Hell no!

But, let's be honest: there's a recent influx on this board of "fans" who DO NOTHING but speak ill about Miles. Guess what? We heard it the first fricking 100 times.

Seriously, I'm not a Miles fan at all. But this board has become like a drain clogged with the shite of people's opinions, none of which are new, interesting, or deserve a second mention.

Some people are ignorant as frick and expect to win the NC every season. But some of the whooping and hollering about Miles is acceptable to me. He made some controversial calls that deserve criticism, but I don't think Miles is the whole problem. I am a Tiger fan no matter if we're 8-4 or 4-8, I just like to see the guys get their chance and not get screwed out of wins by poor coaching, not fair to the players.

I wouldn't mind having Spurier though

Waaaaaay past his prime IMO. I do feel bad for the players though.

Indeed it is and plenty of it has been warranted. Some of it has not and A LOT of it has been said over and over and over and over since the OM game.

Agreed. That's my biggest problem with this coaching staff: not doing things to put the players in a position to win.

No way, he just can't get the recruiting at SC that he could down here. If Saban wasn't such a greedy bastard and had half a heart, we wouldn't be discussing this. Hate me or not, I miss him everyday

Nothing. If Miles was fired, who is going to take a job where the guy was fired 2 years after winning the NC. The last 2 seasons were a little sad but not that terrible, recruiting is still in the top tier. Hopefully Crowton will GTFO and whoever the offensive line coach is because our O line sucks.

Not true. Even the most dedicated of LSU fans can't get excited about the kind of football that this team plays. Miles does nothing to make fans have confidence in his ability to get the team to be able to execute even the fundamentals of the game. We may have some very good players, but not a very good team.

First of all, I don't think the average fan is quite as bad as most that hang out on internet message boards all day and whine about any and every thing. Btw, why aren't you at the game today if you are such a supporter?

I understand the frustration of the average fan. We just saw our dominate program implode last year. We have seen one cluster fck on the sideline after another over the last few years. It appears that our players are not getting any better from year to year. We had to deal with total crap for defense last year because Miles took a chance with his friends. Our offense this year ranks near Tulane and Vanderbilt and is the worst I think I have ever seen at LSU and it is not just because of talent.

Now why is it again that LSU fans should just stick their heads in the sand and whistle with their farts hoping every thing will turn out fine?

or maybe we depend on MSU to get us to a decent bowl, offensively play like shite all year and then look like fools on a national stage because our coach threw his QB under the bus on a game he and his staff lost with bad decisions...I thkn the fan base expects excellence and at the rate of 4 million a year I do not blame them...
