The Tigerdroppings Heisman

I figured with all the hoopla around who will win the Heisman this year, we could award our own Tigerdroppings Heisman.

So here's my plan:

Break this up into 6 regions: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Central, Northwest, and Southwest. Pick 25 people from each region (I'll throw Louisiana into the Central region) and then vote on who they think deserves the Tigerdroppings Heisman. Participants will vote for their top 5 candidates on a 9-7-5-3-1 point basis. The earliest you can submit your ballot is next Sunday at noon and the lastest time will be approximately 7 days later.

Who else wants to participate? I'll go ahead and put myself in as the first voter from the Southeast region.

Southeast: 4
Central: 10
Midwest: 3
Southwest: 1

If you can do like the Buckeye guy did and put the City/State you are from in your post as well as the region you are voting in, it will help me out a ton.

Anyone that lives on the West Coast/Out west in general can join in - even if you are just a fan of a team in that area. Same goes for the Northeast.
