RR will be fired at Michigan and Les Miles will leave LSU after the season is over. I think coach Miles has had enough and will go home to Michigan.

I wish it was after the bowl game but I don't think it will come until after next season if Bama and Florida put another on us.

No way. Next season at the earliest but I hate to tell you he is probably going to win more games next year with a more experienced quarterback. If not he is gone then.

Should be after the Arkansas game. But I don't have confidence in the AD. We'll flop around another year or two as those bozos finally get a clue.

Miles is through. I like him. I wish him well. But he's through. And he's helpless to change it.

Why wait?

Is there a concensus that Michigan would want Les?

He seems to be damaged goods.

Miles will be the coach at LSU through next year at least unless Michigan get and opening this year and offers Miles and i doubt it will happen.

He'll go 10-2 next year which will be good enough to get him off the hot seat.

Then he'll go 8-4 followed by another 8-4.

Meanwhile the program slowly spirals downward.

why would michigan want him?

and if it is accurate that LSU would have to pay Les $15MM on a buyout, there is no way LSU can get rid of him after this year. why do people keep going with this? he will not be gone after this year. wishful thinking

You're acting on the assumption that the powers-that-be at Michigan didn't tune in to Saturday's debacle. Or at least to the endless replays of it on ESPN.

You're making the even bigger leap that they'd still want him after that.

I would love to see him leave for Michigan, although I can't see that happening now. There was some doubt running around the Big House last time around, and it will only be worse now.

So, when will he be fired. End of next season at the earliest, absent a complete meltdown type of season next year. Most likely, Crowton will walk the plank this year. There's still way too much talent here for a losing record. I don't think even Miles could be that bad.

There isn't another major (relevant) D1 school that would take Les Miles. He might end up somewhere in the Big 12 North, or maybe at one of the bottom-tier Big 10 schools. Those two are about the only places his style of football could work consistently. Also, they have low expectations, and not to mention they can get him for a song, because LSU will be footing the bill.

If Michigan is stupid enough to take him, I would waive his buyout and let him take off.

I am gonna say that he leaves after this year to take the Dallas Cowboys job after they fire Wade Phillips.
