Well, I did just see his press conference...he went through everything from the failed 2 pt conversion onward and took full responsibility for the epic mismanagement and for failing his team in providing them any opportunity to win at the end...face it, he's our coach next year regardless...I figure I'll cautiously support him until we fail to win the West again, and then join in the call for termination

I think it is time for people to move on. Coach M is not going anywhere. We have the possibility of finishing 10-3 this year and thats a pretty good record to have. I wonder what some of the perseason predictions of LSU final season record by some of the ranters on this board?

Still doesn't make up for losing two straight to Florida, Bama, Ole Miss, and three straight to Arkansas and posibly four. Have you ever seen a team not know what they are doing this late in the season before? I haven't. Especially when the coach gets paid like Miles.

At $4 million per season, that amounts to a $333,333 brain fart. Not to mention the possible bowl implications. Lots of money there as well.
ETA: And that was no simple brain fart. That's about the most basic part of the game as a head coach. He had no idea what was going or the situation the team was in, he didn't know how much time we had, he didn't know how many timeouts were left, he wasn't prepared in any way whatsoever once we recovered the onside kick. That's no brain fart. That's flat out incompetence.

Only problem Miles has them consistently......

Before halftime against Georgia 2009

I'm sure there are many more, but those are the ones that jump out.
