How do you do this? Is it available in both campaign and multiplayer?

In multiplayer, it's under Find a Game. You'll see it about three quarters of the way down the list: Third Person Games or something like that.

It's a game mode online, towards the bottom. Well aiming wise it isn't better then 1st person but other then that I think it's better.

team deathmatch I would assume, or do they have all game modes. Domination on 3rd person would be the tits.
