I wanted to give credit to everyone that has helped to compile that thread, but I didn't want to "clutter" the thread in case someone at the SEC does in fact decide to take a peek at it.

Someone in the office made it into a word doc with pictures and links and emailing to everyone asking them to send it to the SEC office by email or snail mail.
