Did the ref's GIVE Julio Jones that 73 yrd TD?

As most of us are saying, maybe we wouldn't have won, but at least we would have had a fair shot to stay in it. The teams were pretty evenly matched so you need fair play-calling

I agree 100%, but to say the LSU lost b/c of the refs is ridiculous and I'm tired of fans using that as an excuse.
LSU was lucky to even be in that game, as most people, LSU was predicted to lose 3-4 games and I still think they may lose at least one more

No but they did take away the chance for us to drive down the field and WIN! PETERSON GOT US A CHANCE TO WIN THAT GAME AND THE OFFICIALS TOOK IT AWAY!
They allowed Bama to keep the ball and kick a field goal and make it a 2 possession game with 2 min left on the clock.

I've never said that the refs caused us to win. Down by nine, we had a chance to win with over 7 minutes left, but the refs TOOK AWAY OUR CHANCE by taking away our interception that was obvious as hell and by not calling the HUGE facemask that allowed the 4th down. That is what I am pissed about.

So momentum doesnt play a part in a close game?
Did the refs change the momentum of the game in Bama's favor with questionable calls?
Is there a trend in the NCAA that the undefeated and highly ranked teams seem to get the benefit of the doubt in calls that seem to be close but even announcers can see?
