If you can hold off until Meridian there's a Barnhill's Buffet.

If you can hold out to Meridian, there is a place called "Seafood and Chicken Express",that has a great shrimp po-boy. I'm sure you could call ahead and place an order. I'm tellin you, these are really good.

You would be much better off stopping in Hattiesburg. Its only 30 minutes before Laurel.

If you HAVE to Stop in Laurel, they just opened a new Buffalo Wild Wings there.
I agree with the people above, I'd stop in Hattiesburg, lots more selection.

Laurel is a garhole. Laurel is the halfway point from BR to Birmingham, when we meet my daughter on I-59 to pick up grandkids we either go on to Meridian or meet in Hattiesburg.
BTW, they don't sell much Coppertone in Laurel.

If you can hold out until Monroe, LA you can hit up Johnny's Pizza.
